We are seeking a mixologist with experience and a true passion for the craft. 3 to 5 years bartending experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel is necessary for consideration. The ideal candidate must be creative, competent, and efficient. He or she will be knowledgable in classic cocktails as well as emerging trends in mixology and new spirits / ingredients. A strong knowledge base in wine, craft beers, and cuisine is also a prerequisite.
