• Minimum 2 years managing a full service restaurant.
• Ability to lead, coach and monitor BOH and FOH.
• Comprehensive wine and beverage knowledge.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory control.
• Ability to adhere to financial control procedures.
• Enjoy multi-tasking and working under pressure.
• 50-55 hour work week.
